Facial Surgery

Facial surgery is not about changing identity. It is about restoring balance, softening signs of ageing and helping the face reflect how a person feels, while preserving the features that make them recocnisable.

Skin, fat, muscles and deeper supporting tissues all change with time. A thoughtful plan considers these layers together and treats only what is genuinely needed.

Dr Georgiou's approach has been shaped by years of practice and further training, including with Dr Bryan Mendelson in Melbourne. Endoscopic techniques may be considered when they can offer precise treatment through smaller, discreetly placed incisions

Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty aims to bring the nose into better balance with the face while respecting identity and protecting - or, where possible, improving - breathing.

Facelift

Facelift surgery treats changes in the middle and lower face, jawline and neck by repositioning deeper tissues and removing only the skin that is genuinely excess.

Endoscopic Facelift

An endoscopic facelift aims to rejuvenate the face by repositioning deeper tissues through discreet incisions. Dr Georgiou’s approach considers facial balance as a whole, with particular attention to brow shape and position, the appearance around the eyes and the preservation of natural expression.

Blepharoplasty

Blepharoplasty treats changes around the upper and lower eyelids with the aim of creating a lighter, rested appearance while preserving the natural character of the eyes.

Otoplasty (Ear Surgery)

Otoplasty reshapes prominent or uneven ears in children or adults, with the aim of creating a balanced result that feels natural to the individual.
