Dr Georgiou was born in Paphos in 1982 and studied medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He then trained in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at the University Hospital of Nice Côte d'Azur, where he received the Gold Medal for his surgical internship and ranked second nationally in the French specialist examination.

His path later took him to the Hospital of Antibes, the Breast Academy on Australia's Gold Coast and, in 2016, to private practice in Bastia, Corsica. Alongside clinical work, he carried out anatomical research published in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and presented it at international meetings.

In 2026, family and personal reasons brought him home to Cyprus. He begins this new chapter with gratitude for everything he learned abroad and genuine enthusiasm for caring for patients in Cyprus.

Dr Georgiou believes every patient deserves to be treated as an individual, with time, care and attention. That principle guides the entire journey - from the first conversation to the procedure and the follow-up that comes after it.

Dr Georgiou operates mainly at The Surgery Center 3i. The facility, anaesthesia and care plan are selected according to the procedure and each patient's health needs.

Every procedure begins well before the operating theatre. A careful pre-operative assessment helps determine whether surgery is appropriate and safe. If Dr Georgiou does not believe an operation is right for someone, he says so openly.

He chooses techniques for both their aesthetic value and their safety profile. No method removes risk entirely, so the expected benefits, limitations and possible complications are discussed clearly before any decision is made.

After surgery, Dr Georgiou remains involved throughout recovery. Follow-up is part of the treatment itself, and every patient is supported until healing is well established and they feel confident moving forward.
